We offer worldwide shipping with tracking number.

Please allow for 7 - 10 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We believe this is incredibly important to our environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Shipping times are in addition to production timelines.

REST OF THE WORLD (Shipped from TH)
22 USD : International Airmail (tracked) 10 - 15 Business Days
39 USD : International DHL Express (tracked) 3 - 7 Business Days
Please note:
Gemme More will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, or lost if your parcel is left at an unattended address. To avoid those unpleasant experiences, we do recommend priority DHL Express shipping with tracking number.
Possible customs duty or the local taxes are to be paid by recipients.
Return Policy
You have total peace of mind! We happily accept returns within 30 days for international clients only (excluding custom cases) with one condition: the phonecase must be 100% in a package. All return items must be received to our Thai office before a refund or exchanged can be issued.
Return postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
